We absolutely loved our stay at the Nest. It's the cutest little place, with everything you need, two proper beds and an amazing bath and just as amazing outdoor shower. And Bombay Beach is wonderful. The art is fantastic, the people are warm and welcoming and even better, the town is full of friendly dogs.

My partner and I stayed at Tao's place in the Spartan for a couple of nights, but wished we could stay more. The place is very special, even though it's within the desert Tao has made it feel like a small oasis with everything you can possibly think of. We enjoyed the private fireplace outside the Spartan, the shared areas were fully equipped and the pool / play area are very cool. Especially at night the scenery was very pretty, you can stargaze while barbecuing or chilling at the jacuzzi surrounded by mostly darkness and some cute well placed lights to pave the way or to light up a few Joshua trees very artistically.

The most interesting and unique Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in one of the oddest places I’ve ever explored — reminds me a lot of Marfa.
Except I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like it before. Giving Judt but twice the acid, maybe.

This Airbnb was a pretty cool spot. The location was pretty unique and there’s plenty of spots to explore. I wish we had more time here… definitely going to have to go back!

We had an amazing stay at Taos place! The library is so beautiful and lots of warm colors throughout the space. We loved the outdoor space with the pool, Quonset hut and how the compound was laid out!

Beautiful place! So cool! Tucked into a nice private little canyon way off the main road. So many nooks and crannies around the compound to find interesting art. Incredible sunsets from the pool. I had a lovely getaway and will definitely be back.

I’ve never stayed in a place like the institute before. I am so fascinated with the town of bombay beach and its art displays. The institute looked to be the best property in town and it did not disappoint. There are many friendly peacocks and their babies roaming and many art displays on the property to observe. Inside the house there is tasteful artwork decorating the walls. The AC works well, as well as the fridge and freezer so it was great to have in the summer. The locals made us feel so welcomed as soon as we arrived. We’d love to come back soon and meet more people in the cooler season.

10/10 and will definitely be visiting again. my fiance and I stayed for 3 days and felt right at home. The location was easy to find with the directions given to us. upon arriving , we were able to easily access the sparten, which was beautiful inside and out. fresh sheets, towels, and multiple fans and even a A.C unit, I dont think its possible to list all the amazing amenties they included in our stay, but we were very happy to see that the sparten included its own personal fire pit and grill. the outdoor patio and pool/hotub were always super clean and easy to access. we enjoyed everything. thank you for creating such a beautiful space!

Had a great time Staying at this place for the Weekend. It's so relaxing and Peaceful & the pool/Jacuzzi were just perfect. Felt so Comfortable staying here. The stars at night look so magical! Can't wait to come back and stay another time.

Excellent location in Bombay Beach! Right next to the Salton Sea. Great communication and inside info to make a perfect stay! Very unique experience! Highly recommended to experience an overnight in Bombay Beach
